No reason in the world to close courses! Clubhouses, yes, golf courses just plain stupid! Outdoor, always breezy, never close contact. Murphy is a complete idiot!

Easy to be socially distant on course. Make it walkers carrying bags only Or personal pushcart and no flagstick pulling and remove rakes.

Golf courses in the adjoining states of New York and Delaware have remained open to their residents. New Jersey can certainly join them as even financial transactions can be done online with no need for physical proximity.

The combination of fresh air and social distancing is a natural for this sport. Re allowing golf would represent a responsible first step towards a return to normalcy.

Governor Murphy Time to admit you made an error in closing NJ golf courses. USGA has safety guidelines to address Covid-19 that many other states are employing and allow golf courses to be open John Kardel

Delaware, Pennsy and NY courses are open with the USGA virus protections in-place. Fresh air and relaxation are a good thing. Stay safe, sign the petition, let's play!
