More chances of catching covid at shoprite than on a golf course. Courses and parks need to open ASAP.

Please open courses with whatever health and distancing restrictions are imposed. Walking only, credit cards only, limited people (6 ft apart) in clubhouse and no food or beverages sold. Golf is an activity that can improve health and mental depression. Thank you.

We can practice social distancing and have standards while playing golf. With no tales and no pins, there is not contact with other players. Walking only so no carts. It is basically the same as walking down the street in your neighborhood which is allowed. Again, we can approve golf with restriction to make it safe and allow people to have some release from being coupes up all day.

Please open the courses. The recommendations outlined within the body of the petition ensure a safer environment than any grocery store.

A modest, and safe step on the road to the new-normal.

There is no reason at this point that golf courses still remain closed in NJ. Many states and organization have published well thought out plans. Governor Murphy at this point should tell the golfers why he still feels that keeping the courses closed is still needed. You have more of a chance getting the virus in a grocery store. I would like to know from Murphy how a game played across 200 acres is not social distancing.

Opening golf courses is a reasonable and safe step. We need to do what can safely do to allow outdoor activities and prudently restore some balance and normalcy to our lives.
