It's easy to maintain proper social distancing when I'm never on the fairway.

Golf courses should also mandate that either flags are taken out of the hole on the green, cups are raised one inch above the surface, or a piece of PVC pipe is placed at the bottom of the cup so that the ball hovers at the top of the cup. See Pinehurst as an example of what I'm talking about.

Golf is one of the few ways in which we can exercise be outside and still keep the social distancing. We were very disappointed with the decision to close the courses.

Not a contact recreation that will definitely help healthy mind set on this time of panic and social distancing

I would say also only one golfer in the pro shop area is a good idea and that you must consider driving ranges also

Please open the golf courses. The social distance is easy to maintain on the golf course. Fresh air is important as well. Allowing people to golf is good exercise and good mental health

If you can't social distance yourself on a golf course, I don't know where you can.

If we follow the outlined guidelines, there is no reason we can’t open courses. Good for our physical & mental well-being Tom D

People will eventually have to do something so why not let them do something safe...

Dear Governor Murphy, Being in the open air is the safest place we can be. Please consider allowing our NJ golf courses to reopen.
