Golf courses being closed is ridiculous. While Corona is a serious issue, it is just a virus. People should make their own choices, especially next November when Murphy is up for re-election.

It is the only outside activity that many of us regularly do. It is healthy and we can remain a safe distance apart. I understand if it is walking only and carry or pull you own bag. I

Golf is one of the only places I know that is safe to do at the moment all the steps that are needed were already in place and I please ask if you can permit us to play again. Moreover, The courses need to be maintained and there is potential he millions of dollars to be lost in maintenance costs if you don’t allow people got going back to the golf courses

I recently played two days before the shutdown and thought that this was the perfect sport to continue because of the natural social distancing. Now I am stuck on the couch eating Doritos and watching TV. Just awful

One person per golf cart should not be only in extenuating circumstances. Some people can't carry a bag (bad back) but are not "handicapped".

Carts should be allowed if they are electric. Seniors make up a large segment of golf. It is not easy for elders to walk out golf course. Cart use should be up to the individual course. We used 4 carts last week and it worked fine for everyone.

Golf is the only excuse I can do safely. I have been in self isolation for 16 days now and need to get out in exercise safely. I’m a corporate safety director and feel the CDC guidance of social distancing is easy achieved with golf.

Even when I was in Shanghai 2003 during SARS, the golf courses were open. Clearly there is a lot of social distancing.
