If we can go for a walk then why not allow us to walk and play golf you said it yourself Governor that you want people to stay healthy. What better way then to walk a golf course and play.

Why is it not open? It is outdoors, you can carry your own bag, remove the rakes and flag stick, have a cart per person. You have to start to relax and this seems like an obvious choice. Otherwise, you are going to have real anarchy from the people.

One to a cart or walk, we can practice social distancing and still get out and exercise. We need to start bringing back some sense of normalcy.

Any golfer must practice safety and course approved measures or be banned from further play.

People walking on a golf course staying away from each other are at no risk. Open the courses.

Please follow in the footsteps of your partners in our neighboring states and reopen the Golf courses here in NJ.

Courses in NY and CT are open. There is no good reason for golf courses to be closed. Especially private clubs.

The state has responded wonderfully taking necessary precautions to prevent the spread of the virus. We can all agree to that, but we disagree that it should be a blanket ban. Closing gyms for example is obvious, however we don’t believe the naturally open air sport of golf applies. Please open up golf courses in NJ also for the sake of our physical and mental health. The fresh air, vitamin D, and relief of stress is needed now more than ever by NJ residents. Other states have opened, there are ways it can be done entirely safe. I am happy to assist in whatever capacity, thank you for your time and consideration.
