I approve I believe if we practice social distancing and following simple precautions we can play safely

The ability to play golf would greatly improve my physical and mental health, which have both deteriorated due to sheltering.

Done properly, this is no worse than walking in the street. But somehow, Gov. Murphy managed to screw this up too. He won’t be happy until the entire declares bankruptcy.

Golfing helps with our mental health during this time. Courses should be required to remove flags and ball washers. Also one person to a cart and the clubhouse/restaurant remain closed. If we take those precautions I don't think we are creating much risk and we are benefiting from fresh air, social aspect not to mention helping these businesses stay open. Thank you

I am in total agreement that the state should allow golf courses to stay open. The must be the same precautions taken for social distancing.

Golf, especially walking golf, is a social distancing game. Generally people stay away from each other, or at least the recommended 6 feet. We don’t need another Chris Christie beach fiasco going on. Phil Murphy better not get caught on a course. Let us Golfers have our chance to play. I didn’t practice year round to have this season stolen from me. (Yes I played in New Jersey during the winter, or lack there of winter). I stand with Golf!

With the proper measures this can definitely done safely and with zero contact. If people are allowed out to walk then this is not much different. Take the carts away, keep distance, raise the cups, leave the flags in and don't touch each other or equipment other than yours. Simple.

People can safely play golf with proper pay/play procedures. There MUST be recreational outlets for people.
