Allow Golf Courses in NJ to Remain OPEN

Is the restriction to golf course based on any scientific evidence that people get infected playing golf outside or based on any reliable data? Or, is this whole thing just the government way of doing things?

Only for private clubs where the playerscan be monitored.

I fully support this petition. There is plenty of separation between players and others while playing a round of golf.

If people are allowed to walk with their pets, children are bicycling or skating, people are getting fresh air which I have observed for many days in Keyport, NJ than how is golf any different. They are playing golf in Hilton Head Island, why not here.

Golf courses have a wild open arena that can easily controlled and players separated.

I have a great pushcart and have been enjoying walking for the last two years. Please make this happen!

I support reopening golf courses that take the proper precautions.

Opening all golf courses will reduce the current anxiety and improve day to day living in these trying times. Playing golf would be no different than hiking as we do in our local parks.

There is minimalto no contact in golf and golfers can be safely apart to the 6 foot standard. In practice we are at least 10 to 20 feet apart , more than enough space to not spread anything.
