A solitary game, outdoors, no physical contact with other players necessary. Safer than going to the supermarket!

Might also want to consider putting something in the bottom of the hole to raise the ball above the top edge so that people don't have to reach inside the same cup to retrieve their ball. Tank You.

Recommend leaving golf courses open during COVID-19. Social distancing and large space, make it highly unlikely for participants to catch this virus.
