Seems like this is a no brainer. Easy to maintain safe practices while enjoying the outdoors. I would add that all parks should be open for safe recreation!

b/c the h1n1 virus didn't result in 20% of all infected individuals being hospitalized due to the severity of the disease and then with a large portion needing to be on ventilators (young or old)
that being said I understand why golf can potentially work - but until I see some sort of progress from our shelter in place orders - there shouldn't be a question of why but when can these re-open

With proper precautions, no reason golf can't be a healthy activity and relief from being cooped up 24/7.

Golf is a perfect combination of social distancing and exercise, people are out taking long walks all over the place, keeping golfers away from the course seems silly.

Golf is one of the activities that can be played safely under the current guidelines. There is absolutely no reason to not permit play under these guidelines.

I walk in a public park every day for my exercise since I cannot now walk a golf course. I see more people in the park with the potential for close proximity then there could ever be on a golf course with the proposed guidelines for allowing them to reopen.

Maybe raise the cup so no one is reaching into the cup to take out the ball. Ball hits cup it is considered holed.

Social distancing and fresh air. Also, stimulating small business. Not sure what the issue is if done right.

The increased safety recommendations are logical and maintain social distancing requirements. In addition golf provides needed stress relief. In my opinion stress can be a greater invisible enemy than COVID19.
Let this happen please
