not only handicapped golfers should be permitted to ride a cart, but also any golfer who needs one to be able to play the course. after the winter of non-golf, few golfers will be able to walk the course, especially carrying a golf bag.

Golf is my medicine.. if I cannot golf soon, I will start heading to a dark place in my brain which is potentially dangerous for all parties involved.

If there are no pre- or post-round handshakes I can't imagine needing to be within 6 yards of another player, let alone 6 feet.

If we can hike outdoors why cant we golf?
