With proper SOP,there shouldn't be any issues as agreed by parents+students .Many students are looking forward to attend classes.

I agreed to one on one music class lesson. At the same time, academy need to provided a SOP as well

Some feedback.
1. I have encountered bad internet connection across both or either parties even using high speed wifi. It is even worse trying to stream 3 different devices together in a video call.
2. Music teachers ie. teaching piano as an instrument have difficulty with demonstrating hands on session because of technical issues in video call apps. What you see on your screen is not what your student sees on his/her screen due to angle limitations in the apps.
3. Personal touch and interaction is essential is music education and can never be replaced by Artificial Intelligence technology in music.
