f.lux is immensely helpful with extremely reducing eye strain and making it more comfortable to use your electronic devices at night! it should definitely be offered on ios devices!!!

I am very bad at resisting the urge to search up those random night questions I've found myself at midnight beep blorping the thing and I've turned down contrast and reduced white point BUT ITS NOT ENEOUGH
