My optometrist advices me to install f.lux on my computer to take care of my failing sight. He said the app will help with nighttime using and facilitate better sleep.

NightShift doesn't go far enough in warming or provide as complete feature set as f.lux Please allow f.lux to compete with the built in iOS functionality.
