I've just had to stop using my iPad at night altogether. The iPhone screen is smaller so gives off less light overall, but I use that very sparingly. I use my MacBook Pro instead, as I'm running f.lux on it, and it's more comfortable than wearing orange glasses.

Flux has helped me immensely. I've had it installed on my MacBook Pro for years and I've noticed a big difference in my evening computer usage. I've hoped that flux would release an app for iOS for some time, but now I'm finding out that apple isn't allowing them to release the app! Please let flux release the app!

I have been using f.lux for 5+ years. I no longer suffer from eye strain after working at my computer. Would be so happy to finally get it on my iPhone and iPad.
