As a nurse who sees breast cancer patients daily at work, and has reviewed the literature regarding melatonin suppression and it's relation to breast cancer apple needs to step up. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Reducing blue light exposure goes a long way in preventing disease through restoring melatonin levels. Melatonin is one of our most important antioxidants. As much as I've been a loyal customer to Apple and like my iPhone, this will be a deal breaker when looking for my next phone.

Please make people's lives easier by supporting the use of f.lux on IOS. Have a look at the recent BBC article to see just how important this is and how negative this attitude of Apple's is and how poor it looks to the outside world.
Thank you.

Please Apple allow f.lux on iOS via an some sort of extension mechanism, or adopt a similar functionality into the core OS natively. The positive impact this functionality has on my well being is tremendous.
