Good sleep lays a foundation for optimal health. There is solid research supporting the notion that blue light can interfere with the production of melatonin and upset body rhythm which interferes with good sleep. Apple is being short-sighted in not acknowledging current research findings in their operating systems or allowing others to provide solutions.

I use f.lux on all my computers, Mac at home and Windows at work. Not having f.lux on my iPhone, is restricting the time i am using my phone, as i chose not use electronics without f.lux close to bedtime.

f.lux is amazing. it is so powerfully effective in allowing me to sleep soundly wake up happily. :) Please allow this for iPhone use! it is about time we protect ourselves and our sleep from blue light at night :) thanks!

F.lux is a must on my computer, and given that I use my phone much more than my computer in the evening/night, it would be even more of a must on the phone. Caring about your users should also mean caring about letting them avoid damaging their eyesight.
