f.lux is a lifesaver. Research shows that changing the hue from bluelight to a warmer tone at night helps with sleep. Please allow it on the App Store!

Blue light at night is being increasing shown to have negative health and safety impacts. Please be proactive and allow iOS devices to have color temp adjustments at night.

F.lux is one of the primary reasons I feel I need to jailbreak my phone. Please allow native support.

I just unjailbreak my phone, and the first thing I notice is no f.lux! Please Apple, it's super helpful for my eyes!

Apple should open up the APIs to allow apps like this. The App Store rules are useful and serve to protect users from buggy and/or malicious apps, but forcing apps to break the rules in order to provide functionality that iOS users clearly want weakens that protection and erodes the advantage that iOS has over other mobile platforms.

I've used my developer account to install it, and definitely feel more relaxed using my phone in the evenings, but f.lux really needs to be a background process to be effective. Right now, it "wakes" itself by sending a notification several times a day, and if they aren't responded to (like during sleep), the timer gets messed up and you need to reset your phone. Apple was right to reject such a buggy app, but it also doesn't allow for the APIs necessary to be used. I think Apple should work with the developers to make this kind of feature work as a setting, or buy the rights to build it into iOS and OSX.

This app should really be available on iPad. I use it on all my other devices. I really begin to hate my iPad because I can't customise it, i.e. using f.lux, Firefox, ad/script blockers.
