I'm using f.lux on mac for a long time. iOs app will be a big thing for all people that use phones at late time. Apple! Help save our neuron system and give people a healthy sleep.

Since starting to use blue light dimmers I cannot live without them!!! Seriously considering going back to Android just for a blue light dimmer...it helps me sleep so much better!
