Please allow this. As a physician, I constantly use my phone in the evening and it is bad enough that my sleep is interrupted and deprived; this will at least help me get back to sleep quicker for a more restful night and better care for my patients

I love using flux on my mac. It had helped with my insomnia and eye strain. I'd love to be able to do the same with my iPhone and ipad. It's a shame that this is one of the areas that android is superior, as it allows you to change the colour temp of your screen.

F.lux is good for the eyes, please allow it to be downloaded on iOS devices without jailbreaking the phone.
