This is a great bit of software, and helps to foster natural scarcadian rhythms even in this era of 24/7 technology. This app is the sort of next level technology that Apple should be promoting as a benefit to its users. This isn't about customizing an interface, or rewriting code for the whims of a few, this is about the health and wellbeing of iPhone and iPad users. In a world where the push for biometrics is widely being seen, it would seem fitting then to make that human biological understanding go beyond monitoring, but to actually feed back through something as simple and already proven as giving the option to change the colour tone of a screen to promote natural physiological cycles of the body.

iPads and iPhones def need this fix. It works great on the Mac laptops. The Apple Forums are filled with praise for it. What's the deal? Come on. My stuff has to be jailbroken to get this? Really!!? Make it happen Apple!

As a student, sleep is important! But I also need my phone to stay connected and up to do date with my school work. Flux allows me to do both.
