Hi there, my wife and I both have iPhone 5's and an iPad 3. So unless we jailbreak them we can't use Night Shift. Are Apple only interested in their customers who buy the latest kit?

Just installed on Windows and it's wonderful already. So restful. So come on, Apple; make this available! Or make a deal with them and do it as part of the OS!!!!
