Night mode & dimming the screen don't help. Either make it better or allow this app.

My sleep patern is all off, since I've started relying solely on my iPad to do my reading day or night my iPhone has the app that filters the blue from the screen why not for the iPad?

Eyes protection against blue light is not a gadget: it is essential for everyone and mandatory for childs.

IPad's screen is so bright, eye fatigue and strain aside, it even makes me dizzy when I try to read something. It also messes up people's circadian rythm. My eyes are extra sensitive to light so I usually turn the backlight brightness down as low as possible on all my devices. On IPad, even the lowest setting is too bright to read in a dark environment. I have a blue light filter on my Android phone and I don't even know how I lived without it before. I have f.lux on my PC and I need it on my IPad as well.

I would like to see f.lux available on both iPads and iPhones. The blue/white light is not good for me at night. Thanks.

I suffer from dry eye and this helps a great deal with night use esp after reading on my phone. I would happily pay for this thru the App Store since it is indispensable to my condition and nothing else helps i.e. dimming brightness or night shift.

F.lux has made a significant difference in my reading ability and enjoyment on my laptop and desktop over the past years.
I don't find Nightshift to be nearly as beneficial.
