Ched Evans was convicted of rape. He was found guilty and sentenced to 5 years in prison. The aim of HM Prison service is to help those sentenced to"lead law-abiding and useful lives, both while they are in prison and after they are released.".
Ched Evans has served his sentence, by not allowing him to return to football he is being singled out and given additional punishment.
Ched Evans must be allowed to return to football.
