People are the one that should be educate. Why are they considered as pest?why are dogs allowed than?ridiculous.the culling of stray cats really does annoy me.alot i should say.

Get rid of that stupid rule! Cats are much easier to care for as pets as long as they're kept indoor and sterilized. Owners who let their cats roam/abandon their cats should be taken to task!

pet cats are that kept indoors at all times are so much better than dogs! Dogs barked at all hours and is such a nuisance. Dogs pee at every corner in the neighborhood and poo everywhere! I seriously don't understand such a filthy animal like a dog can be kept in HDB whereas a cat cannot.
