It’s really just a small thing owners could have that does not hurt anything, bugs are gonna happen regardless, this is the south . The owners didn’t even get a say which seems to be the way of things here. It’s a small pleasure that does not offend the eyes . If it does to some then quit honestly they need a hobby. Please allow this harmless out door decoration back into our community. If problems arise it can always be reconsidered and removed.

I don’t agree with this restriction. Home owners should have a say when rules are changed arbitrarily. Bird Baths are BOT a hazard. The standing water in the wooded areas is not only for mosquitoes but snakes as well.
