The days keep dragging on while I wait for a real response despite all the emails being sent. It is exhausting to keep fighting for the basic right of a mother to see her children without someone watching over every interaction. I am not going to stop pushing until this change happens.

Seeing this kind of movement is overwhelming after so many months of feeling like I was fighting this alone. It has been a long and draining road but knowing people see the truth of this situation gives me the strength to keep pushing forward.

I have known Belinda since high school. She is not a threat to anyone, and certainly not to her children. If the courts want to continue doing this, then make them (the courts) pay for whatever evaluations they feel need to be had. Belinda is a wonderful mother who deserves to be with her children, without the watchful eyes of an interloper hired to make sure she doesn't "hurt" her children.
i see her with them every vist she is a great great mom. she is with me & my kids all the time & there never a problem or anything wrong. she is a great parent to my kids too. i see no reason for all this crap her ex is putting her through.
Every child needs both parents unless the other is deemed unfit by drugs/ alcohol
No good mother should have to face this monstrosity by governmental enforcement, it is in violation of the own laws you make. Child enforcement agencies such as DCFS and similar institutions were set up to aid in abuse and neglectful situations, not to become a money making machine, which is exactly what it's become, at the expense of human emotions and lives! Do your job and get the neglectful and abusing parents, but leave innocent people alone. Belinda should be able to see her children, she is a loving mother, bottom line.
Belinda is a wonderful loving mother. She loves her children more than anything in this world. She has a heart of gold and would give the shirt off her back to help someone in need. She doesn't deserve to be kept away from her children. Coming from a broken home myself I can be first to say children most definitely need both parents in their life. It emotionally damages children whether anyone believes it or not and as for the little girl she had they definitely need their mother to teach them and guide them as a mother should be allowed to. Keeping the children from Belinda is not only torture but it's wrong. And how would the father honestly feel if he were in her shoes. #Momsmatter
I grew up with her, she's a good woman!!

This has been all about him bot ever wanting to pay child support. He is not a good father, as he always has his family or past girl friend, provide their care, as he is always too busy. His last girl friend left him for another man, so this has to tell you something. Another fact, he beat Belinda and locked her in the basement when she wouldn't do what he wanted. Photos of beatings on file with Sojourn.
