It is absolutely ridiculous that larger cities in Montana allow backyard fowl (& even goats!) & yet somehow lewistown, literally best town to have them (based on size & location) still does not allow for backyard fowl. . .
PLEASE reconsider changing the ordinance. Even large cities such as San Francisco allow for backyard fowl (& small goats), no Roosters!

They allow them in Billings, and doesn't make sense that we DONT allow them in Lewistown. A rural community should support and encourage interactions with farm animals.

I moved to Lewistown from Helena MT. People are allowed to have free range chickens in the city and its so fun!
