Our home is surrounded by 20 acres of old growth oak forest, the Willow Creek, overlooking a ravine, is a 5 minute drive from the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course at the Harbor Shores Resort, the Paw Paw River, the St. Joe River, and all the area beaches. This home was was built by my grandfather, Stanley Nowlen in 1923 and has been in our family ever since.

I would like to remodel our bottom floor and rent it out to couples looking for a unique place to stay. We would respect the privacy and quality of life for the surrounding neighbors and not allow loud parties at any time, and cater only to those looking for a quiet place away from the crowd.
