My mum made me pie and mash every Saturday lunchtime when Iwas growing up which set me up for my afternoon at Loftus Road. Now she has passed, if Cookes can be relocated pie and mash and QPR can continue to be the perfect way to spend a Saturday afternoon.

I thinks it's terrible that a business that's been there as long as cooke's should be bullied out by these developer dicks!
Give cooke's a place a lotus road on match days!
It's a institution.

Can't let history die. The harp cafe now long gone and the owners were desperate for new premises. The owner runs bush hall where rangers have held their hospitality overflow. Keep rangers local!

Cookes are a Shepherds Bush institution. So are QPR. This would be a perfect opportunity for the latter to support its local community.

I get to LR for about 1pm. But don't go to the ground until about 230. Mainly because the food is poor.

Leave it alone. There is nothing to fix if it isn't broken.

What is happening to Cooks is outrageous. Shepherd's Bush is being deliberately redesigned, and not for the better.

A Cookes pie & mash is 'my London' every bit as much as my beloved QPR. I'm hoping the owners and directors of my football club can find a way to integrate this into the stadium at Loftus Road and help to keep this tradition alive. #weRtogether
