Some buildings and shops should endure because they do have past history. They are recognized and remembered, not all decisions are based on finance

Going to hoops won't be same with no pie&smash be for game
Let's kept tradition going and bring it to loft us road I have been eating there for over 40 years thanks to Dad all the best cookes no 1 pie&smash shop

Generations of my family have been eating at Cooks going back to when they first opened.
My own children and now my grandchildren children are regularly customers too.
Life will never be the same.
If there is a way to keep this shop going please try.
I have tried several other Pie & mash shops over London.
Nothing compares.
This will be a huge loss to West London.

Four generations of my family have frequented Cookes' and I'll be taking my daughter before it closes, part of my family history and such a shame it's closing. Being a QPR fan, this is the best outcome!

A Cooke's pie and mash is an absolute classic! Traditional London food. We don't need another fried chicken shop!
