Pie and Mash and Rangers are very similar. Honest, genuine and with a great tradition. If ever there was a marketing opportunity for the club to connect with Supporters, this has to be it.

Qpr fans love this place home games wont be the same without a bit of grub in cookes before the games. These developers no the price of everything and the value of nothing. Just want to line there pockets and sod off and ruin another piece of west london heritage.

Our West London heritage has, disgracefully, been systematically dismantled - White City Stadium, Hammersmith Palais, BBC TV Centre, Shepherds Bush Odeon and The Essoldo, White City Youth Club (Westway House), and now that great institution on the Goldhawk Road, Cooke's Pie and Mash Shop. If the owners of QPR have their way, Rangers will be gone from the Bush, too. Hope it never happens, and a great idea to have an outlet for Cooke's AT LOFTUS ROAD (note - not Old Oak Common!)

QPR in the community should look to support such local history as this. It shows the club cares for tradition and local businesses. It would also provide originality to the same old refreshments served up in every ground around the country. C'mon Mr Fernandes, dare to be different and support a local institution.
