Change the grades at Explo at Wellesley to allow 8th, 9th, and 10th graders. This would in turn make Explo at Yale only 11th and 12th grades.

Reasons:

• closer age range for Yale kids
• 10th graders can be with 9th grader friends(which a lot of people have)
• Yale would be more fun with just juniors and seniors for the Explo at Yale students
• many students have bonded and gotten to know and like the staff at Wellesley
• many people who are in 8th grade in 2013 will tell you they aren't going to Yale, so it is their last time to see their friends at Explo
• more space can be made available in the dorms used in summer of 2012
• there will always be more staff applying, and this would provide more jobs to those applying and less disappointment because more people will be accepted

So, please sign this if you agree with the reasoning provided and would like to see 10th graders at Wellesley summer of 2014. I am planning on showing this to Explo staff if I can get enough signatures, along with an essay. So this may help bring back those going into 10th next year to Wellesley.
