REAL FOOD NOW!

Northeastern University Dining Hall Services claims to be fully committed to sustainability.  Without full disclosure of dining hall service practices, it is difficult to determine the validity of this statement. We, as students and community members who pay for these services and are concerned about the health and well-being of our entire community, demand to know exactly what is on our plate.  If NU Dining Hall Services is a true steward of sustainability, the food on Northeastern’s campus would be ecologically sound, community-based, humane, and fair. We insist that we be served REAL food.

We, the undersigned, demand that NU Dining Hall Services collaborates with students to reveal how our campus foods are produced, processed, and prepared; from seed to fork.
