To upgrade the new airport is to leave us young ppl no future. How can the ccc take over our airport but yet we have to fly with much more documents starting March 1 2016 to travel to Canada. What happen to spending money in our public schools. We as workers pay our dues, but what we receive back isn't nothing to show for, but to put more money in the pockets of the ones that really don't need it. Why happen to giving back???? Everything here is being taking away from us

Stop dissing Bermudians. All you do Is worry bout rich people work permits an tourist . wat about us we live here its our land . like Americas cup will benefit Bermudians an create jobs an opportunities for us to make money well thats no true . it takes money to make money . an cheap labour can't work for people who libe here . its OK for people who are making double an triple wat they make back home . really think about it Bermuda government is not for Bermuda there only for keeping there pockets fat an don't care wat happen to us in the process . for a country with big dept how can you spend money on new police vehicles every year wen our school an education system are crap . one love to all my brothers an sister . keep ya heads up we shall rise above . with unity comes Community. To have foreign entities operate out airport sounds ignorant. And of course it's that man doing these spin offs! WE NEED PLP BACK IN POWER!!!!! ASAP!!!!

I am against this airport deal for a number of reasons a few I will list: (1) it makes no sense to give control our only means of air arrival to a foreign organisation (particularly since we already have control); (2)upgrading airport is not a priority considering the other matters of need for attention; (3) it is not a capital investment that would create jobs for Bermudians, which would be a primary reason why a Government would make such investment. (4) it makes no sense selling your assets to simply avoid debt, when you still need its benefits - and control. Maintaining control is important important for BERMUDA for security, revenue ( price control, management) which is foundational infrastructure of our Tourism and International business industries.
