My names Molly May and I was diagnosed with Coeliac Disease, in October 2013. Coeliac disease is an autoimmune condition, where the immune system mistakenly attacks the healthy tissue. This damages the surface of the small bowel and affects the body's ability to absorb nutrients from foods. If a person who suffers with the disease has a food containing gluten, it can result in them becoming very ill.

I am launching this petition, to get schools across the UK, to provide students with the disease, gluten free food. Me and my friend Zahraa Mehmood, will also be having our own campaign in Bradford town centre on October the 19th. We will be providing the public with some gluten free food tasters and we'll be trying to get people to sign out petition. We will be very grateful for all your signatures and we hope that schools across the UK, will soon start to provide coeliac students with gluten free foods.
Thank you, Molly May & Zahraa Mehmood.
