All night Construction Noise causing mental trauma for residents

KINDLY MAKE Residents’ living condition and air quality safe. This is urgent because children and senior citizens health becomes adversely affected.

The construction work, which is being carried out without regard for the residents' right to peace and quiet, has resulted in excessive noise pollution, disturbing our sleep and affecting our health and well-being. Despite repeated requests to the contractor and authorities, the issue remains unresolved.

We residents have rights and liberties under Laws and by laws of housing societies to live peacefully at our respective residences. Have been living in Z1 since 2017 and seeing work never finish and noise pollution increased so much that even keeping the doors and windows closed are useless , especially the Club area . This is happening at the cost of our lives . Arranging and dismantling of stages and temporary structures are regular phenomena .

Please have this construction during nighttime stopped .

It is very disturbing sound at night and need to be stopped

All such mental trauma caused by man made solely for monetary benefits must be curbed by Law and stringent orders are requested.

Nobody has right to disturb my "right to sleep" during night. Commercial intent can not override citizen's constitutional right. Stop construction beyond 7pm.
