We, the undersigned residents of Z1 RWA society, hereby bring to your attention the extreme disturbance and health hazards caused by the ongoing nighttime construction work being carried out by the Contractor' at the vicinity.

The construction work, which is being carried out without regard for the residents' right to peace and quiet, has resulted in excessive noise pollution, disturbing our sleep and affecting our health and well-being. Despite repeated requests to the contractor and authorities, the issue remains unresolved.

Demands:

1. Immediate halt to nighttime construction work: We request that the construction work be restricted to daytime hours only to minimize disturbance to residents.

2. Implementation of noise mitigation measures: We demand that the contractor implements effective noise mitigation measures to keep it within the permissible limit at urban area, Not exceed 55 decibels during the day. such as sound barriers or noise-reducing equipment, to minimize the impact of construction noise

3. Regular monitoring and compliance: We request regular monitoring of noise levels and strict compliance with noise pollution regulations.
