Hi I'm Jenn and I am a special needs parent. Recently my daughter (whom has special needs) was not selected for her middle school cheer squad. The reasoning behind her dismissal were things tied to her disability and beyond her control. I know she went out there and tried her heart out. Our family is heartbroken for her. Enough is enough! I believe any child of any ability willing to make the grade, put in the grueling hours of practice and financial commitment should have the right to play!!
