The reason you should sign this petition is because here in San Diego county, there are no road course tracks within 70 miles. this leaves a large percentage of car enthusiasts with the option of a long drive or the use of public roads. being as though such a drive is not an option for many enthusiasts, it leaves a large percentile choosing to drive recklessly on the street.

If there was a road course within a reasonable distance, thousands of drivers would have a safe viable alternative to driving recklessly on public roadways. It has been proven that with a safe environment for enthusiasts to legally race their cars around a course, that the risk of them hurting themselves or others is significantly reduced.

This is why I feel it is important for all drivers to sign this petition. your signature will help pave the way to a fun, safe, public track in our future.
