Agree with using amenities in full capacity.

Unfair to take away basketball rims when members of BOA just keep tennis courts because they actually use it. Taking something away from all of us because we don’t want out-of-neighborhood residents is not the solution to the problem. Implementing the scanning system for tennis and basketball (build a fence around the court) could work

We moved to this community from Florida for the amenities offered. Now everything is shut down. It is really unfair the ridiculous rules that the board has placed on this community. Meanwhile you can go get groceries, be served at a restaurant in downtown Suwanee, see your dentist and have ambulatory surgery but you can’t use the basketball court or play volleyball or swim in a pool. Please someone tell me why the tennis courts can remain open ?

Please open the pool . We don’t live in a country of dictatorship. Democracy works better it creates stability and peace among communities.

I proposed cameras But no one apparently read my email yet or it’s being reviewed or ignored. Close all amenities or open all.

I agree with you 100% the tennis community does not get a hall pass. All amenities or no amenities.

ALL amenities or NO amenities. The “tennis community” does not get a hall pass.

The actions of the HOA have been ridiculous and authoritarian!

2 of your 3 proposed items are in place. Do your research first.

Maybe the board can use money saved from not hiring lifeguards all summer long, to purchase the passes and the camera. Cameras don't cost a lot - I have them all around my property

For the pool, i propose using an online form to allow people to sign up to use the pool to limit the crowd. This will mean the community will hire someone to manage this process at the pool. In addition, extra cleaning of the bathroom will be necessary. This could result in additional cost. As long as those who use the pool is okay paying the additional cost of hiring someone to help regulate the crowd and constantly cleaning the bathroom, then this is the best solution.
