We, the undersigned residents of Chattahoochee Run, are dismayed at the Board of Director's decision to prevent the use of the basketball court by removing the rims from the backboard and the volleyball court by removal of the net.

Based on the June 22nd Board meeting, the explanation provided by the Board for removal of the rims and net was to prevent perceived nonresidents from using the amenities of the community. This decision was not COVID 19 related, neither was it brought to the attention of the community before the removal took place.

As paid members of the HOA, we propose the following suggestions in regard to utilizing the amenities noted above, while taking into consideration the community's concern regarding nonresident amenity usage.

Proposals:

• Amenity passes for members of each household
• No Trespassing signs
• Security cameras strategically placed around the amenity premises

We are asking that the basketball rims and volleyball net be replaced immediately as we work through the proposals.
