Grant Ali mahin Torabi as refugee and expedite his resettlement To: UNHCR Turkey 15 September 2011 - We, the undersigned, writing to express its strong concern over situation of Mr. Ali mahin torabi , call on UNHCR to grant him as refugee and expedite his resettlement to a safe third country. Since the Iranian government continues to be a major abuser of civil rights and systematically persecutes political opponents, religious minorities, women, gays, ethnic groups, labor, student, youth, women's and civil rights activists, and others, and since Ali mahin torabi has a well-founded fear of persecution, we are deeply concerned that Ali mahin torabi will face persecution and a threat to his life and safety if sent back to Iran.
