Th kids doing the crime, number less than 20 According to police in Alice Springs. They are caught and released back into the care of Territory Families. And then back on the streets. Catch and release. Is the game the police play due to the inaction of Minister Wakefield Group legal action should be taken against Territory families. For those who have been affected by crime.

The town needs to bring back the old youth clubs/drop in centres we had back in the 80's for these kids.

Alice Springs is no longer safe for anyone, people are afraid to leave their homes at night to even go to get food or go to the cinema - in the wake of hordes of unruly and disrespectful children who fear no one.
Violence and property damage is almost guaranteed waking into the Alice Springs cbd at night.
Police do what they can to assist and deter anti-social behaviour but there is no after effect or repercussion. Simply just sent home and back out again.
