please reinstate the account 'algeriansunited'. it has been unfairly targeted by a very small group of his detractors (Egyptians) possibly even just one person. the flagging system is being abused by people wanting to target users they dont like. they do this from 'sock' accounts and in doing so there is no accountability at all. i suggest that new accounts have to gradually earn the right to use the full range of rating/flagging etc tools. so a new account would have to watch a specified number of videos all the way through, and then comment a certain number of times without their comments being deleted or marked as spam before they can rate. then after they have rated a certain number of times then they could flag a video. further more, all flags should be visible on a users page. while this may seem like an invasion of privacy, if this was the standard, then every account would be accountable. if you continue to allow blank and/or newly created accounts full privileges, all you are doing is making it so easy for a very small number of people, maybe even just ONE person to control the youtube destiny of any user they wish to target. many content providers pour hundreds of hours of their lives into their work here on youtube and the way things are working right now, you will lose a huge chunk of your user base if this kind of behaviour is not tackle ........We demand from you to reinstate account of salah mariche which is (algeriansunited)
