dont want to sound creepy or anything but Theon means a lot to me i have multiple disabilities and he helps me cope because if he can carry on through everything then so can i it gaves me hope -you do theon so well i always liked him anyway

Without a doubt, Alfie Allen is one of the most talented natural actors of his generation. As Theon Greyjoy/Reek he shows extreme range of emotions, while at the same time his performance stays far away from mere emoting or scenery-chewing. Mr Allen's take on Theon is highly affecting and sympathetic, sure, but his work is also always restrained and subtle. Thanks in no small part to his very expressive face and eyes, which can convey so much more than many lines of dialog given to lesser actors. It is also obvious that he is a behavioral actor who acts with his entire body. He has very strong instincts as an actor and has so far nailed every scene he is in on Game of Throne. Mr. Allen is an absolute joy to watch on screen. Multiple rewatches of his scenes are also particularly rewarding, because one keeps discovering new things, whether it's a small change of posture here or some tiny shifts of eye expressions there, which add so much characterization to the Theon character. Even during Theon's darkest and arguably least sympathetic hours (season 2), Mr. Allen always quietly reminds us of the humanity of his poor, lost character. He is an acting giant among a cast of very talented thespians. I look forward to his continuing work on Game of Thrones (long live Theon!) and beyond. And the awards? They will come given enough time, for sure.

Alfie does a terrific job at playing Theon and is an amazing actor. It's such a complex and difficult role and he nails in perfectly. He has made Theon a favorite of mine and I look forward to what he can do with the role in Season 7.
