NOW COMES the Petitioner, Hellen W. Juarez Ruiz, support of her Petition to Set Visitation she states as follows: 1. That a Default Judgement for Dissolution of Marriage was entered by his Honorable Court on June 10, 2010 2. That the parties are the parents of one minor child, namely Irma, currently age October 8, 2007. 3. That the Default Judgement for Dissolution of Marriage did not provide a visitation schedule for the Respondent and the minor child. 4. That the Respondent has had active contact with the minor child, Respondent has failed to practice this privilege. 5. The Respondent has had and active part in the child's life but has chosen not to make his part active his part.
