Mr. Beaty has been a true leader for both of my kids over the past 9 years. He has earned the respect of the children, the parents, the staff and the Aledo community by consistently demonstrating how to act with integrity, responsibility and dedication. It would be a great loss to the Aledo cimmunity to let Mr. Beaty leave.

I live in the west Texas area so I've seen a BIG difference between Mr. Beaty and some principals in my area. You will be making a BIG mistake if you accept this resignation. My grandkids attend McCall and truly enjoy coming to school to be greeted every morning by Mr. Beaty. He inspires them to do their best each and every day. I know they will be so sad if Mr. Beaty is not there to greet them for the next few years.

It is impossible to put into words what Mr. Beaty has meant to the Dean Family and to all of Aledo. McCall is what it is today because of Mr. Beaty and his ability to connect with his students and parents. This is a shame. Such a HUGE loss for Aledo.

Mr. Beaty is a good man the times I've been to McCall to pickup my grandkids I've seen his involvement with them and all the children and staff. If he is not reinstated that's a "BIG LOSS" for this school.

As a former parent and employee of McCall Elementary, I can not begin to express my deepest concern regarding the current issue of Jason Beaty's resignation. Mr. Beaty's compassion and student focused thinking was and is the heart of McCall. It is this reason, the student focused and passion that is imbreaded in everything that he does, that the Aledo ISD school board should not accept his resignation and to keep him on as principal at McCall Elementary and focus on student rather than test scores. Thank you!

We love Mr. Beaty! I was already so sad to be leaving McCall to go to Walsh for the fact that Mr. Beaty and all staff have been nothing but top notch!!! This school has suffered a great loss.

I had the honor of working with Jason for 8 years. Both of my children went a McCall. Still to this day we love McCall because of the feeling you get, family. Jason has carried this school thru good times and bad, births and deaths. He has always been an inspiration to me to never give up and follow my dreams. Whatever it takes, please do not let him leave. The bar he has set for McCall staff and students is beyond compare. No TEST could ever compare to the love and life lessons he shows on a daily basis.

I had the privledge of working with Mr. Beaty for 9 years as a special education aide. He truly cares about his students and staff, always going above and beyond for them. He has continued to make the students a priority, encouraging his staff to provide the best learning environment possible. I'm blessed that my children attended Coder and MCCall. Since the retirement of Don Daniel I felt like the focus on the students and the quality of the education shifted, yet Mr. Beaty never shifted his focus. He wants the children in his elementary to receive the very best education and he wants them to receive the best care. They are not just students to him they're a part of his MCCall family. The motto "what begins here, changes the world" isn't just writing on the wall, he and his staff live it everyday.
