As union trades peoples, we do not work all year round , and that's not by choice . If I had the chance I would work all year . When we go to work we try to make as much as possible in the short time given to us , so we can put some money aside to feed our kids and families when the work dries up. With this time and a half deal it is going to be much harder to try and pay out bills off and try and save some money for the long winter days when we can't work . So please re-think this decision you have made .

The time for workers rights is NOW!! We have given up enough already, these greedy companies need to know that we are people and not just a number! We have sacrificed time from our loved ones to make them rich! The time for change is now!!

Like a spoiled child contractors take and take and still are not happy. We have given enough. It is time to give no more and take back what we lost. Clients and their puppets in government need to back off.

Its time to support the workers that have built your positions and change the agreements back inline with their needs, instead of the companies that use the services.

Disgusted on how we have been lead in the building trades and how it has undermined our unions!
