Albertsons, Vons, and Safeway need to commit to science

Make a stand for Science.

As a PhD in biology, I'm one of th people particularly well-suited to understand what GMOs are and how they are made. If anything, they are far safer than artificially selected foods. Don't halt the progress of science because some people fear what they don't understand.

Please disregard pseudoscience and provide these foods for sale.

First world acceptance of these products is the first step towards shutting down the anti science ignorance that is keeping the third world starving. Don't be a tool for more anti science nonsense - be on the right side of history with this. Sell these products - consumers want them.

Please commit to science not make-believe. I would happily buy and eat all of these products if they were available because stores were committed to science instead of stupidity

Don't go against scientific consensus. I want my apples and salmon!

Genetically engineered organisms carry the same code for life naturally selected organisms carry. There are only four basic building blocks in life. As we enter into an ever expanding market of biotech products it would be wise to embrace technology that is more precise and elects for fewer qlitches are approval then the cellphone in your pocket. The future is now. I will buy the AquAdvantage salmon because I would rather depend on our farmed fish then see a species go extinct because people were unable to understand the natural processes of translation and transcription in DNA synthesis.

I am pro science and you should be too! GE technology is a gift to humanity and sustainably provides an abundant supply of nutritious food.

Please stop the war on science
