He basically ruined our lifes. My husband lost his 20yr. job, all because Rogalla lied and exaggerated in court to win his case. He later apologized to my husband over the phone and admitted he was wrong. He doesn't deserve his job.

get rid of him.

We need someone that will do their job,no matter who they are friends with.

I am in favor of an impartial investigation into the recent charges levied against Mr. Rogalla.

This guy needs to be gone for good..he is never prepared for court! When my boyfriend took his ex to child support court he started reading a different case! He doesn't belong here!!!

WHAT ABOUT THE PEOPLE THAT DONT HAVE INTERNET ? WHERE CAN THEY SIGN A PETITION ?

Hoping to see an impartial investigation for the vulnerable adults in the foster home as one was my niece. These are all productive citizens who held jobs in Thief River Falls. It is sad the way they were treated. I certainly understand that in a small community the county attorney and a social service employee/foster care giver are going to know each other. Hopefully it can be figured out if the case can be reopened for an impartial investigation.

Only one thing is asked, "equal justice under law" for all and every person. No one should be above it or should be except from it, no friends, family or good old boys.

People need to be careful about posting accusations as though they are fact.

No one denies this would be a hard position to hold, that it is easy to deal with all of the problems of the common man/woman/criminals/drug offenders/ect, ect. But when ppl of authority step outside the boundaries of the law and blatantly go out of the way to cover up, sweep aside, or refuse to prosecute certain ppl because of name, race, sex or there position in a community, then it is time they to feel the terror of being investigated, prosecuted, and possibly incarcerated for crimes they may or may not have been involved in. My family and I know just enough about this man, Social Services, the VIP (violence intervention project), the court recorders office, former/current officers of both the Thief River Falls Police Dept, and The Pennington Sheriffs Department, also former judges of the ninth district that the "Good ol' Boys/Girls club" does indeed exist, and has been in force for many years. My family and I have seen my daughter once in ten years briefly (during an amber alert) in which I/WE were accused of abducting her!? We filed complaints/statements but have never heard anything. This is a very long, complicated case that is not over. We were simply forced out of her life with NO CAUSE, NO JUDGES ORDERS, and NO PROOF of any accusation's against myself or parents. I/WE tried for months to prove she was being kept from our care, abused/neglected and left in the care of abusive care givers who were not certified providers, were not allowed to have their own children, and had been in trouble with the law/courts due to this continually in the past. Mr. Rogalla and his 'followers' not only sided with these ppl, but assisted them in filing fabricated charges, false evidence/statements, orders for protection, violating myself (on one of three false/by chance meetings in a small town in twelve months) the order for protection and ultimately a full jury trial, all based on false evidence! All this because they worked with/ for Social Services and the VIP and knew t

So you are impersonating someones mother, and trying to railroad one man, and get upset about blocked or deleted pictures of a person, and trying to expose him as the single admin of a fb page. That's a lot of obsession for one person. Sounds like you are scorned because he said no to a date with you, or you are on the losing side of a court battle. You keep forgetting (or choose to ignore) that people brought these incidences to the fb page and asked them to look into them. They haven't done anything illegal by printing online court records, clippings from new reporting sites, etc. If it's available to the public, it's not illegal to organize it and shine a light on it. The TRF PD most likely already know who runs the site, but continue to say nothing. Their job is to protect people, remember not expose people who point out printed facts. So you are trying to shoot for a win win situation. Either you're allegations come to light as correct, in which you think you might win a cookie, or that exposing the real names of these people will make people forget that you tried to railroad an innocent person in all this. My suggestion is to see a psychiatrist about your deep seeded obsession with this one man, or gather up the nerve to ask the man out on a date. Otherwise it looks like you are stalking him, and that's just creepy. Just curious as to "exposing" these people what you attain to accomplish? It won't take away from the fact that the things they have published have been found to be true.
